Phone Pets Privacy Policy

Phone Pets ("the app", "we", "us") is operated by Udobiz Associated LTD. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use Phone Pets and how it is used. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the app.
1. Who we are

2. The short version
- Phone Pets does not require you to create an account.
- We do not operate our own servers. Your game progress, tokens, pet names, and
settings are stored only on your device.
- The app is free and shows advertisements provided by Google AdMob. To serve
those ads, Google collects certain information about your device, as described below.
3. Information stored on your device only
Your saved game (including pet names, tokens, progress, and app settings) is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, receive, or have access to this information, and it is not transmitted to us or to any third party. Uninstalling the app removes it.
4. Information collected by Google AdMob
Phone Pets displays banner and rewarded advertisements using the Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) SDK. When ads are requested and shown, Google collects and processes the following categories of information and may share it for the purposes shown:

5. Your choices and controls
- Reset or delete your advertising ID: Android → Settings → Privacy → Ads.
iOS → Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising.
- Opt out of personalised ads using the ad settings above; you may still see
non-personalised ads.
- Depending on your region (UK GDPR / EU GDPR / CCPA) you may have rights to
access, correct, or delete personal data. Because we do not hold your personal data ourselves, direct advertising-data requests to Google, or contact us at kosynom@gmail.com and we will help where we can.
6. Children
Phone Pets is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has used the app, contact us.
7. Data retention and security
We do not retain personal data on our own systems. Data processed by Google is retained and secured under Google's policies; information is encrypted in transit.
8. International transfers
Google may process information in countries other than yours, under its own safeguards.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
