Sleek — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Udobiz Associated LTD (“Udobiz”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with the Sleek mobile game (the “App”, package com.Kosy.Sleek). By downloading or using the App, you agree to this Policy.

1. Summary

Sleek is an anonymous arcade game. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or account sign-up, and there is no user-generated content — leaderboard names are auto-assigned from a fixed word list. We collect a limited set of data to run the game, show ads, understand usage, and fix bugs, as described below. We do not sell your personal information.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following, automatically, through the App and the third-party SDKs it uses:

We do not collect your name, email address (unless you email us), phone number, contacts, precise/GPS location, photos, messages, or health data.

3. How we use information and our legal bases

We use the information above to operate, maintain, and improve the App; to serve and measure advertising; to process in-app purchases; and to detect, diagnose, and fix problems.

For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, our legal bases under the GDPR/UK GDPR are:

Consent — for personalised advertising and the associated advertising identifier and analytics (via the in-app consent prompt in Section 5). You may withdraw consent at any time.
Legitimate interests — for non-personalised analytics, crash and performance diagnostics, and protecting the App from abuse.
Performance of a contract — for processing your in-app purchases.

4. How information is shared

Google. The App uses Google's SDKs, which process data on our behalf and, for advertising, as independent parties: Google AdMob (advertising — the advertising identifier and approximate location may be shared with Google and its advertising partners to serve and measure ads); and Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, Performance Monitoring, Authentication, and Cloud Firestore (backend, analytics, diagnostics). Google's handling of this data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and, for advertising, Google's partner-sites terms.
Other players. Your auto-generated leaderboard display name and score are publicly visible on in-app leaderboards. No personal information is included.
Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the App.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for purposes other than those described here.

5. Advertising and your choices

EEA / UK / Switzerland: on first launch the App shows a Google-certified consent form (Google User Messaging Platform) so you can accept or decline personalised ads. Change your choice any time via Settings → Privacy options in the App.
iOS: Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt asks whether the App may track you. Change it in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Android: you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalisation, in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.

6. International data transfers

Udobiz is based in the United States, and Google processes data in the United States and other countries. Where data is transferred out of the EEA/UK, it is protected by appropriate safeguards (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses used by Google). By using the App you understand that your information may be processed in countries other than your own.

7. Data retention

Advertising, analytics, crash, and performance data are retained by Google for the periods described in Google's documentation and settings.
Your anonymous account and leaderboard entries persist until you delete your data (Section 8) or request deletion.

8. Your privacy rights

Delete your data at any time: in the App, go to Settings → Delete my data. This erases your local save and removes your leaderboard entries, analytics identifier, and anonymous account. You may also request deletion by emailing kosynom@gmail.com.

EEA / UK / Switzerland (GDPR/UK GDPR). You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

United States (including California / CPRA and other state laws). We do not sell your personal information. We do share the advertising identifier and approximate location with advertising partners for cross-context behavioural (personalised) advertising; you can opt out using the ad choices in Section 5. California residents may request access to, or deletion of, their information and may exercise these rights without discrimination.

9. Children's privacy

The App is intended for players 13 years of age and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, contact kosynom@gmail.com and we will delete it.

10. Data security

Data transmitted between the App and our service providers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

11. Third-party links and services

The App relies on the Google services listed in Section 4. Those services are governed by their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Effective date” above and, where appropriate, through an in-app notice. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
