This Privacy Policy explains how Udobiz Associated LTD ("Udobiz", "we",
"us") collects, uses, shares and protects information in connection with the
Trivia Rescue mobile game (the "App", package com.Kosy.TriviaRescue).
By downloading or using the App, you agree to this Policy.

Trivia Rescue is a game with no account. We do not ask for your name, email
address or phone number, and nothing you type into the game is sent to us.
We collect a limited set of data to show ads, to understand how the game is
played and to deliver in-app purchases, as described below. We do not sell
your personal information.
The App collects the following automatically, through the third-party SDKs
it uses:

We do not collect your name, email address (unless you email us), phone
number, contacts, precise location, photos, messages or health data.
What stays on your device. Your progress, settings, the age you may
enter in Settings and the display name you may choose are stored only on
your device. The display name travels only inside a challenge link you
choose to share yourself, and only to the people you send it to. The
optional "come back" reminder is a local notification scheduled by the App
on your device; it involves no server.
We use the information above to operate, maintain and improve the App, to
serve and measure advertising, to process in-app purchases, to detect and
prevent fraud and invalid ad traffic, and to detect and fix problems.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for
purposes other than those described here.
Google processes data in the United States and other countries. Where data
is transferred out of the EEA or UK, it is protected by appropriate
safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses used by Google. By
using the App you understand that your information may be processed in
countries other than your own.
Advertising and analytics data are retained by Google for the periods
described in Google's documentation and settings. Everything the App stores
itself lives on your device and is removed when you uninstall the App.
Delete your data: uninstalling the App removes everything it stored on
your device. To request deletion of analytics or advertising data held by
Google in connection with the App, email kosynom@gmail.com; you can also
reset your advertising identifier through your device settings (Section 5).
EEA, UK and Switzerland (GDPR and UK GDPR). You have the right to access,
rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data,
to data portability, and to withdraw consent. You also have the right to
lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
United States (including California and other state laws). We do not
sell your personal information. We do share the advertising identifier and
approximate location with advertising partners for cross-context behavioural
(personalised) advertising; you can opt out of this using the choices in
Section 5. You may request access to, or deletion of, your information and
may exercise these rights without discrimination.
To exercise any right, contact kosynom@gmail.com. We may need to take
reasonable steps to verify a request.
The App is intended for players 13 years of age and older and is not
directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal
information from children under 13: a player who enters an age under 13, or
no age, receives only non-personalised ads, with analytics turned off. If
you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, contact
kosynom@gmail.com and we will delete it.
Data transmitted between the App and its service providers is encrypted in
transit (HTTPS/TLS). No method of transmission or storage is completely
secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
The App relies on the Google and Apple services listed in Section 4. Those
services are governed by their own privacy policies. We are not responsible
for the privacy practices of third parties.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be
reflected by updating the "Effective date" above and, where appropriate,
through an in-app notice. Continued use of the App after an update
constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
