Welcome to Trivia Rescue. By using the App you agree to these Terms of Use
and to our Privacy Policy. Please read them before playing. If
you do not agree, do not use the App.
Trivia Rescue is a casual game intended for a general audience aged 13 and
over. It is not directed to children under 13. If you are under 13, please
do not use the App.
Udobiz Associated LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable
licence to install and play the App on a device you own or control, for
your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms. You may
not copy, distribute or modify any part of the App, use it for any unlawful
purpose, or attempt to reverse-engineer it or gain unauthorised access to it.
The App's characters (the hero, the twelve friends, the villains), its
levels, art, music, sound, questions and text are the property of Udobiz
Associated LTD or its licensors and are protected by copyright. They may
not be used, reproduced or distributed without permission, other than as
part of playing the App or sharing the challenge links the App creates for
you.
The App is free to download and play. Stars are earned by playing. Gems are
earned by playing and can also be bought in optional packs through the Apple
App Store or Google Play. Both are spent only inside the App: stars on
cosmetics, gems on conveniences (a shield at the start of a level, a
continue in the arena, a spare life in the Trivia Tower) and on turning into
stars for cosmetics, one way only. Gems and
stars have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash or real-world
goods, and cannot be sold or transferred outside the App.
Gem packs are consumable: once bought they are added to your gems and are
not restored on another device, and your gems live on the device you play
on, so uninstalling the App removes them. Purchases are processed by the
store under its own terms and refund rules.
The App shows advertisements supplied by Google AdMob. Some rewards are
offered for watching an optional rewarded advertisement; watching an ad is
always your choice and is never required to finish the game. How
advertising data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
The display name you may choose, and the age you may enter, are stored only
on your device. A display name travels only inside the challenge links you
share yourself. Please choose a name that is lawful and not offensive; you
are responsible for the text you enter.
The App does not require an account and we run no game servers. Your
progress is stored on your device, and uninstalling the App deletes it.
Challenge and ghost-duel links encode a run inside the link itself; opening
one shares nothing with us.
We may suspend or end your access to the App if you violate these Terms.
The App may be withdrawn or changed at any time.
The App is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Udobiz
Associated LTD is not responsible for any damages arising from the use of
the App, including the loss of saved progress or of in-app items. Nothing
in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will note significant
changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the
App after a change means you accept the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live
outside the United Kingdom, the mandatory consumer-protection and
data-privacy laws of your country still apply to you, and nothing in these
Terms overrides them. Disputes are subject to the courts of England and
Wales, except where the mandatory law of your country requires proceedings
in your own jurisdiction.
